What Evergreen Study is
Evergreen Study is a free educational website about one thing: staying safe while you learn about crypto. We explain how common scams are built, what a recovery phrase is and why it must stay private, how to protect phones, e-mail and accounts, and where to report fraud. Our printable checklists turn each topic into a short list you can keep next to the computer.
Who it is for
We write for people who are curious about crypto or have just started reading about it, and for the friends and relatives who want to help them. You do not need any technical background. If a term is unfamiliar, the guide explains it where it first appears.
What we publish
- Fourteen guides on scam patterns, recovery phrases and backups, device and account security, pressure tactics, family conversations and reporting.
- Eight one-page checklists designed to be printed.
- A short "Spot the scam" exercise with ten everyday situations.
- A page of official reporting channels in the EU, UK and US.
What we never do
- We never ask for recovery phrases, private keys, passwords or one-time codes.
- We do not recover lost funds or refer people to recovery firms.
- We do not sell, broker, store or exchange crypto-assets.
- We do not name, rank or link to exchanges, wallet brands or paid security products.
- We do not publish market data, commentary or advice about what to acquire or dispose of.
How we are funded
Reading the site is free and there is nothing to sign up for. The publisher pays for writing, review and hosting, and may advertise Evergreen Study itself online. We take no commissions, sponsorship or gifts from crypto companies, and no company can pay to appear in a guide. Advertising does not influence what our guides say.
Who is behind the site
Evergreen Study is run by the publisher named in our Imprint. Guides are written and reviewed by the Evergreen Study editors under our editorial policy.
